If a client made an error while ordering and wishes to return an item, shipping and restocking fees will be charged to the client. b. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. 4. Ownership of Vectors and Digitized Files: a. Kyublis DZigns owns all vectors and digitized files created for custom orders unless the client purchases the ownership rights separately. b. The client may request the purchase of ownership rights for an additional fee, which will be determined by Kyublis DZigns. 5. Specifications: a. The client is responsible for providing detailed information regarding garment sizes, specific colors (including color codes), placement of images and text, as well as the sizes of such images. b. Kyublis DZigns will not be held responsible for any errors or inconsistencies arising from incomplete or inaccurate specifications provided by the client. 6. Website Content: a. All text, images, logos, designs, and other materials on the Website are the property of Kyublis DZigns, LLC, and are protected by intellectual property laws. b.
