Kyublis DZigns owns all vectors and digitized files created for custom orders unless the client purchases the ownership rights separately. b. The client may request the purchase of ownership rights for an additional fee, which will be determined by Kyublis DZigns. 5. Specifications: a. The client is responsible for providing detailed information regarding garment sizes, specific colors (including color codes), placement of images and text, as well as the sizes of such images. b.
