File Requirements
To save time on completing printing project, please save your files according to our file requirements. We can accept files from these software programs:
InDesign
Illustrator
Photoshop
Preferred File Formats
- We accept the following file formats: .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG, .PDF.
- Better quality files equals better outcome
Resolution
Your original file needs to be created at a resolution of 350 dpi (dots per inch), with the exception of signage, which can be created at 150 dpi. Images taken from the Internet have a low resolution of 72 dpi and will be pixelated. If purchasing an image from a source, please make sure that you choose a high-resolution image of 350 dpi.

When preparing artwork, DO NOT copy and paste an image off a website or from a cellphone. These images have a low resolution and are not suitable for high-quality printing, not to mention that images that are not your own and are found on the Internet, may be copyrighted.
